The hotel is located one street away from Termini metro and train station which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacey and light, all have air conditioning. Breakfast is until 11 and is delicious. The staff are very helpful and …
We had a problem with the toilets as the flash used to stop working all the time. Also the rooms were not soundproof at all, we could hear everything that was happening outside of our room as if it was happening inside of it, and it would wake us up. Other than that the service was very good , the receptionists were all very very kind and helpful , and the hotel was near the train station and the metro station so it was convenient
Hi everyone, we stayed in this hotel last week. It is very nice and service here is wonderful. Its super close to Roma Termini(main railway station, main metro station and main bus station in Rome). Very convenient to go anywhere in Rome. Lots of souvenirs shops near by, plenty of restaurants (reasonable) and convenient stores as well. All the city tour buses main station is about 2 minutes walking distance from this hotel. They do offer buffet for €10 per person.
The only issue we had here was the room had only 1 bed and we were traveling with a 5yrs old child. Usually hotels in europe have a twin bed for a child, but we didn't get one and it was quite disappointing and uncomfortable for all of us (3 people) to sleep on one bed. But we made it happen😊
Except that everything in hotel was awesome. The service, staff members (Katherine was very sweet and humble, she checked us in) and their buffet was awesome. They do provide the discount coupon for the Rome City sightseeing tour buses with a map (free of cost). Check in and out was super fast without any hassle and they are open all 24x7, so no worries.
100% recommended place to stay, if you really want to enjoy the Train, Metro and Buses rides to Rome.
Some pictures of the room are below. One more thing, there is a beautiful Basilica of St Mary right next to the hotel. Its beautiful and free, must visit that place.
Well located near the termini station but quite a walk from the usual sights. Staff were friendly. The lift broke during our stay which was a pain on the last day to carry everything down.
Room was big but could have done with some artwork. No ironing board or kettle. Bathroom was very small. Shower was a bit slow. Toilet flush wasn't great. Could be something to do with water pressure on a high floor?
If you are looking to get a good nights rest you will not find it here. Unfortunately for our 1st time in Rome and our parents were treaties to a lovely trip and were here at this hotel 23 years ago. It’s loud inside and out. The toilets only work in select rooms. The only positive thing is the staff is friendly. This is not a 3 star hotel.
Comfortable bed, crisp clean sheets and nicely style room. Great location, easy to walk to from the main train station, Roma Termini. Staff were lovely on check-in.
Clean, decent sized rooms, quiet, and close to the train station. Elevators isn’t for all floors and the room we were provided we have to take luggage down about 10 steps. Room lacks wifi coverage and has almost no cell service signal. They will not help you with your luggage for stair steps.
There was construction going on which was right near my room, it was noisy work. There is a lift some rooms are only accessible by coming out from the lift and taking stairs. The tiles in my shower kept coming loose under my feet.
